Becoming A New Patient
Welcome! Dr. Rector and team, including provider Celeste FNP-C, at Southlake Integrative Wellness Center provide wellness-oriented, patient-centered preventative care. As an osteopathic physician, Dr. Rector assesses the whole person including physical, emotional, environmental, social, and spiritual conditions, as well as lifestyle factors. Our providers see the relationship with each patient as a partnership. Together, we establish and put into action health goals using conventional and integrated methods.
Your first visit will be a minimum of one hour with one of our providers, who will have already reviewed your new patient history forms. Your appointment will begin with the blood microscopy. The blood for this test is obtained by a single finger prick which assesses live blood cells for possible health concerns. During your first appointment, our providers will discuss your medical history thoroughly and review any blood work that you have submitted. They will do a thorough physical exam and order appropriate diagnostic tests. The provider will then present his/her philosophy for your treatment options. Lifestyle changes, such as diet, supplements and possible IV therapies, may be suggested.

PLEASE NOTE: After either your Established Wellness or Treatment Response & Adjustment visit, you will begin seeing one of our other providers to continue your treatment plan.
Even if you do not see Dr. Rector as your primary physician, he works closely with his practitioner team to oversee any needed adjustments in patients treatments.
Dr. Rector is not a primary care treating doctor for the following conditions. He offers multiple support therapies along with your primary treating provider.
