reservation policy:

We accept appointments only, no walk ins.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

24 hour notice is required for all cancellations, otherwise there is a $100 fee.

CHECK-IN:

Please check in at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment. Please bring a current list all supplements, medications and dosage of each one. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may be required to reschedule and be subject to a cancellation fee.

FACILITIES:

Our IV Rooms are for patients only. Please turn off cell phones while in office. In event of inclement weather, we follow Carroll ISD schedules. If using our sauna, two towels are provided, please bring more if required.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

For medical emergencies, please dial 911. For any other concerns, please call our office at 817-329-6263.
